CDX Gas has been awarded more than 60 patents in the United States and has an active foreign patent program spanning across geographical regions where viable, unconventional resource development opportunities are the greatest. The Company continues to nurture its strong intellectual property position as evidenced by the more than one hundred patent applications currently pending worldwide.
