Bob McBride

President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. McBride has served as Chief Executive Officer of CDX Gas, LLC since February, 2007.  He was named President of CDX Gas, LLC in December, 2006. Mr. McBride has 30 years of operational and management experience in the Oil and Gas industry.  He previously served in management positions for Westport Resources, Pennzoil, American Exploration, British Gas and Tenneco. During the course of his career he has gained experience in most of the U.S. basins as well as internationally in the North Sea, North & West Africa and South America.  Mr. McBride graduated from the University of Southwestern Louisiana with a degree in Petroleum Engineering.

 

Ed Donahue

Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Donahue has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CDX Gas, LLC since March, 2008. Prior to CDX, he most recently served as Chief Financial Officer for Elk Resources, Inc. and previously at TransTexas Gas Corporation and Affiliates. Mr. Donahue has more than 30 years of financial management experience in the oil and gas industry, and an extensive background in acquisitions, divestitures, capital funding and corporate restructure. Mr. Donahue received his M.B.A with a specialty in Taxation from New York University and his BSBA degree in Accounting from Nichols College.

 

Mike McCown

Senior Vice President – Operations

Mr. McCown joined CDX Gas in August of 2006 and has served as Senior Vice President – Operations since November 2007. He has over 30 years experience in production, drilling and operations throughout the United States in the Unitah, Permian and Appalachian Basins. His experience includes managerial responsibilities for companies including Pennzoil, Devon Energy and EOG Resources. He has been an active member of the oil and gas community in West Virginia through his activity with various associations, and is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Independent Oil and Gas Association of West Virginia (IOGAWV). Mr. McCown holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Ohio University and is a Registered Professional Petroleum Engineer.

 

Dave Minor

Senior Vice President – Technology

Mr. Minor has served as Senior Vice President - Technology since November 2007. He previously served as Senior Vice President and Region Manager of CDX Gas, LLC. Prior to joining CDX in December, 2006, Mr. Minor served in various senior level roles with El Paso Corporation, Black Warrior Methane Corp., Black Warrior Transmission Corp., Sonat Exploration Company and TXO Production Company. During the past thirteen years, his primary focus has been on coalbed methane development projects in the Black Warrior Basin. Mr. Minor holds an MS degree in Mineral Engineering and BS degrees in Civil Engineering and Biology from the University of Alabama. Mr. Minor is a Registered Professional Petroleum Engineer.
